CLAIRE HRUBY

Claire is a former Division III swimmer and holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Luther College. Claire’s athletic career had many highs and lows, including injury and mental health struggles. Through THO, she found ways to support both herself and her teammates when things were hard. She continues to support others in the program post-grad and is excited to see what the future looks like. In her free time, she loves to do yoga, spend time with her family, craft, read romance books, and most importantly, spread love!
