Patrick is a former Division III cross country and track athlete from Shenandoah University. He has both a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in High Performance Coaching from the University of Kentucky, where he was a member of the Cheerleading team as “The Wildcat” mascot. Patrick is now a Ph.D. student in Counseling Psychology at the University of North Texas, where he is in training to become a licensed sport psychologist.
Patrick is the owner of Day by Day Performance, LLC, a mental and physical performance coaching practice, where he works with a variety of athletes.
After experiencing anxiety and depression while a collegiate athlete, Patrick works to break the stigma in sport culture through his work with THO. He joined the Campus Captains program in 2020 and has since been a leader in the student advocacy space.
