Kate Watley

Kate earned a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Sacramento State and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in administrative and policy practice at the University of Texas at Austin. As a former Division 1 water polo player at Fresno State, she advocates for mental health awareness and support for athletes. With experience in wrap-around case management and sports social work, Kate is committed to empowering student-athletes and addressing systemic challenges. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at the animal shelter, walking dogs, watching sports—especially women’s sports—and spending quality time with friends.
