EMMA JAMES

Emma is currently a Division III lacrosse player at North Central College, studying organizational communication with a concentration in leadership. Throughout her athletic career, she has experienced many injuries and the mental toll that comes with them. This past year, she served as a Campus Captain and is ready to continue the conversation about mental health and breaking the stigma! In her free time, she enjoys getting fresh air and going on walks, grabbing coffee, and reading any new books that come her way.
