Ariana Daley

Intern

Ariana is a former Division I track and field athlete from Clemson University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Athletic Leadership and is pursuing her master’s in Sport Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Center for Sport Leadership. During her collegiate athletic career, Ariana faced personal struggles with mental health. She witnessed the unique challenges underrepresented student-athletes face, fueling her passion for advocacy and equity in sports.


A former campus captain for The Hidden Opponent, Ariana has worked in athletic, academic support and student-athlete development, focusing on resilience building, fostering inclusivity, and empowering athletes to thrive beyond their sport. In her free time, Ariana enjoys hiking, sipping a great cup of coffee, and spending time with her dog, Charlie. She aspires to create systemic change in athletics by promoting mental health literacy and equity for all athletes.
