Anna is a former Division III basketball player and has a bachelor’s degree in Media & Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. She currently works for a higher education institution in their marketing/communications department where she assists with public relations and content development. She dealt with performance anxiety and confidence struggles throughout her athletic career. As a result, she aims to make mental health resources more readily available in athletic departments so the athletic community can be more proactive, rather than reactive, when it comes to mental health concerns. In her free time, Anna loves hanging out with her dog, reading, writing, and scrolling through TikTok.
